Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your original photos
• You grant us license to process photos for your order only

• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions

Order Process

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed
• Photo conversion begins immediately after order confirmation
• Production time: 3–5 business days
• Shipping time: varies by location

Payment Terms

• All prices are in EUR (Euros)
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Full payment is required before processing begins
• Prices include VAT where applicable

Shipping

• We ship to most countries in Europe, USA, Australia, and Canada
• Shipping costs vary by location and delivery speed
• Delivery confirmation and tracking provided
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled until production begins
• Once production starts, cancellation is not possible

• No refunds after production starts
• Defective products will be replaced at no cost

• You grant us limited license to process photos for your order

• Sketchie’s conversion technology is proprietary
• You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology
• The final sketches are created using our proprietary process
• You own the final coloring book product

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that:

• Infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
• Violates privacy rights of others
• Is used for commercial purposes without proper licensing
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is used to harass, abuse, or harm others
